Veteran’s Administration or VA loans are available for active, non-active and retired Army, Air Force, Marine, Navy, National Guard and Coast Guard veterans who meet the established service requirements.
To determine your ability to participate in this program, just provide your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or your Discharge/Separation form (DD214). If you do not have your COE, you can request one using form 26-1880.

Primary residence (homestead) taxes are exempt for veterans who receive 100% service related disability compensation. The Jeff Kramer Team can qualify disabled veterans for the payment without including property taxes, whereas 95% or more lenders must qualify the Veteran with the property taxes in the payment and charge the mortgage payment.
Most mortgage lenders who claim to specialize in VA loans require the buyer to go to the county at the end of the year for property tax reimbursement. We are able to ensure that your money is not held up by paperwork, and are able to get you qualified for a home loan without unnecessary requirements that include property taxes in estimated payments. Not only will you not have to wait to claim the money back and the end of the year, but disabled veterans will often be able to get approved for a larger mortgage since this cost is not factored into the initial application.
